Agodas Best Price Guarantee allows a customer to claim when a lower qualifying rate is found for the same property, dates, room, occupancy, inclusions, cancellation conditions, currency and final taxes. An approved claim may be matched or credited as AgodaCash. Philippine customers must submit it before 11:59 PM on the day before check-in and meet all comparison requirements.
AgodaCash can be applied partly or in full, up to the total price of an eligible accommodation booking, with no redemption fee. Availability is shown on the booking and in the customers account rather than guaranteed for every property.
Agoda states that AgodaCash can have a validity period of up to five years, although an individual award may carry an earlier expiry shown in the account. This is a global account benefit available to Philippine users on eligible bookings.
